Two things you can do yourself
Canceling your membership and changing your card are both in Settings, under Membership. Neither one needs an email, and canceling takes effect straight away without anybody having to approve it.
Go to MembershipLocked out? Forgot your password on the login screen emails you a link, which is faster than we can be.
